At Essentio, we are committed to providing you with a smooth, clear, and trustworthy shopping experience. We work with our fulfillment partner, Roposo, to ship your products directly to your doorstep.
1. Order Processing Time
The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.

Handling Time: All orders are typically processed and verified within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Order Cut-off Time: Orders received after 11:00 AM IST will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is the processing time plus the time in transit. Since our products are shipped by our fulfillment partner, Roposo, delivery times may vary.

Note on Dropshipping: To offer you a wide range of quality products and competitive prices, we use a trusted third-party logistics network (Roposo). This means your product ships directly from their warehouse to you.
3. Order Tracking
Trust and transparency are important to us.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email that includes your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 48 hours of receiving the email. You can track your order using the link provided in the email or on the courier's website.
4. Shipping Costs

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping across India.

Orders under ₹499 are charged a flat rate of ₹70.

Orders of ₹499 and above qualify for Free Shipping.

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Restriction: At this time, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.
5. Potential Delays
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, but sometimes delays are unavoidable.

Unforeseen Circumstances: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, unexpected carrier issues, or public holidays.

If your tracking information shows a significant delay (more than 3 days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us so we can look into it with our fulfillment partner.
6. Damages and Lost Packages
We are responsible for ensuring your product arrives safely.

Damaged or Missing Item: If you received your order damaged or if an item is missing, please contact us immediately at essentio365@gmail.com.

Please save all packaging materials and the damaged goods before filing a claim. We will work with Roposo to arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.

Lost in Transit: If an order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost by the courier after investigation, we will process a replacement or full refund.
